Your new flat in the construction phase: Schönhof-Ost
The construction sites in the Schönhof neighbourhood are gradually being completed. The next flats to be occupied will be those on plots E1 and D2 in the Schönhof East area.
A total of 165 flats to KfW Efficiency House 55 standard have been built on this construction site. The flats can be occupied from 1 February 2026.

Schönhof-Ost: Construction site E1 and D2
A total of 165 flats have been built on construction sites E1 and D2. Of these, 112 flats are privately financed and 53 flats are publicly subsidised (subsidy routes 1 and 2).
The living space varies from 46 to 109 m² and is divided into 2 to 5 rooms. They are designed to provide the perfect home for singles, couples and families. This also applies to senior citizens and people with disabilities, as the Schönhof neighbourhood is largely barrier-free.
All flats have a terrace, loggia or balcony.
If required, you can rent an underground parking space for your vehicle for 100 euros.
A total of 29 publicly subsidised flats are offered as part of subsidy route 1. These are allocated directly by the housing office of the City of Frankfurt. You can contact the Housing Office of the City of Frankfurt directly in this regard.
