Living on the outskirts and yet so central

In Frankfurt Bergen-Enkheim, a total of 102 rental flats will be built on two plots in the Leuchte development area in the street "Auf der Sandkaute" by 2026.

On the first plot with houses 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 with a plot area of 4086 m², we are building privately financed and subsidised rental flats spread over 2 residential buildings.

On the second plot with houses 6, 7, 8 and 9 with a plot area of 3097 m², we are also constructing privately financed and subsidised rental flats spread over 3 residential buildings. The buildings are planned with 3 full storeys and a staggered storey. House 8 will also have two commercial units totalling 122 m².

Our rental flats offer you between 1.5 and 4 rooms ranging from approx. 54 m² to 105 m². The generously proportioned and light-flooded flats with balcony or loggia offer the perfect home for: Singles, families and couples.

Our Riedbogen new-build project in the "Leuchte" development area on the outskirts of Frankfurt is an attractive location for both businesses and private individuals. Not only young families, but also singles and couples will quickly feel at home in this natural environment.

Divided into 5 residential buildings, a total of 102 bright and generously proportioned rental flats await you in Riedbogen. Each flat has a balcony or loggia. The flats on the ground floor have a terrace and the flats on the top floor have roof terraces.

The Riedbogen - rural surroundings with good infrastructure

Around 500 flats, urban villas and a daycare centre are being built in the "Leuchte" development area in Frankfurt's Bergen-Enkheim district. Our Riedbogen new-build project is located south-west of the Enkheimer Ried (nature reserve along the Tränkebach stream). It comprises the area between the built-up areas of Leuchte and Rangenbergstrasse to the south and west, Barbarossastrasse to the north and Leuchtestrasse to the east.

Riedbogen is located in a rural and cosy environment and at the same time offers the advantages of a large city. Things are rather cosy in this picturesque district of Frankfurt. Bergen-Enkheim has been the easternmost district of Frankfurt since 1 January 1977 and is now home to around 17,000 residents.

Living in the countryside with excellent infrastructure

In our flats in the Riedbogen, you live in a green and quiet neighbourhood, yet cities such as Frankfurt, Hanau and Bad Vilbel are only a stone's throw away. Enjoy the many advantages of the location!

Good transport connections:

On foot: 400 m (5 minutes) to bus stop 42 Leuchte/Rangenbergstraße or 950 m (14 minutes on foot) to tram lines U4 and U7. Bus line 42 goes to the Riedschule, for example, to the Bergen-Enkheim swimming pool and the Hessen Centre.

By car: Thanks to excellent motorway connections, the surrounding towns can be reached via the A66, e.g. to Maintal and Hanau, and Frankfurt International Airport can be reached via the A661 and A3 in a maximum of 26 minutes by car. You can also reach the main railway station in approx. 30 minutes.

By public transport: Bus connection to bus stop 42 Leuchte/Rangenbergstraße, 950 m (14 minutes on foot) to tram line U4. This takes 19 minutes to Frankfurt-Willy-Brand-Platz or the U7 tram line takes 16 minutes to Frankfurt-Hauptwache.

Local amenities on site:

In the centre of Bergen-Enkheim is the "Hessen-Center", a shopping centre which houses over 110 shops and service providers on an area of 72,000 square metres. The shopping opportunities in Frankfurt Bergen-Enkheim are complemented by various supermarkets, discounters and specialist shops spread throughout the district. There is also a wide range of restaurants and cafés. Restaurants, cafés and bistros await you, offering a variety of culinary delights from all over the world.

Medical care:

There are several paediatricians and general practitioners in Bergen-Enkheim as well as the Sankt Katharinen Hospital in Seckbacher Landstraße and the Agaplesion Bethanien Hospital in Frankfurt Bornheim.

Kindergartens and schools:

A day nursery is being built in the neighbourhood and several day nurseries are located in the immediate vicinity, such as Kinderzentrum Milseburgstraße and the Bergen-Enkheim Catholic day nursery. The Schule am Ried combines three branches of education under one roof: grammar school, secondary school and secondary modern school. It is located at Barbarossastrasse 65 and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Cultural and leisure facilities:

Bergen-Enkheim is known for its active club life and has the highest number of clubs of all Frankfurt neighbourhoods. The south side of the Berger Ridge, formerly covered with vineyards, is now a favoured residential area. A considerable part of the district is taken up by Frankfurt's green belt, which offers a high recreational value.
